Joseph Tringali, Founder and CEO
Joseph Tringali is the Founder and CEO of American Small Business Resources. Joe is a serial entrepreneur with a long, strong track record of success as a business analyst & consultant, attorney, and mortgage bank president.
Joe’s extensive business experience includes: NYC business attorney, legal and financial analysis; corporate structuring, turnarounds, and exits; loan originator and debt manager; launching and leading profitable sales teams and developing administrative and operations procedures.
Joe has been a trusted member of or consultant to professional service providers (legal, accounting and medical), restaurants, OEMs, automotive and repair businesses, and more.
Joe was a founding member of Capstar Mortgage Bankers, LLC, where for eight years (2002-2009) he personally closed more than $150,000,000 of transactions, created company-wide sales and operations systems, and, at separate times, served as both Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations & Investor Relations. Company-wide closed transactions exceeded $2,000,000,000 under Joe’s direct supervision.
With more than 25 years of combined experience in law, mortgage banking and consulting, and having started and operated various successful businesses, Joe has now successfully launched ASBR, with the primary mission of providing essential financial management services at professional rates that are readily affordable.
Joe is the proud father of three daughters. In his personal time, Joe enjoys piloting his boat around the Jersey Shore and is forever working to knock a few strokes off of his golf game.
